Streamline HR

Streamline HR helps companies manage and automate their human resources departments as a third-party administrator. They offer simple technology and implementation solutions for brokers and employers. Streamline HR delivers full-service technical & customer support for COBRA, Spending Accounts, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Onboarding. 

The customer has been using Odoo for a number of years already as their core business process automation platform. In 2022 they turned to Itransition for solution support and fine-tuming. Our team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Odoo-based solution used by Streamline HR. The goal was to identify existing issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. After a thorough assessment, we proposed a series of enhancements and optimizations to address the identified shortcomings. Finally, we implemented these improvements to enhance the overall performance, usability, and efficiency of the solution. We are also in the process of upgrading to the latest Odoo version with functional changes to make the system usage more convenient.
