Pandas
Pandas is the experience layer for device circularity, a software platform that powers trade-in, used-device protection, and claim-validation journeys for mobile network operators, tech retailers, OEMs, and e-commerce marketplaces, with on-the-spot AI grading that turns customer intent into a settled, auditable transaction in seconds. A platform of this shape lives or dies on the integrity between the customer-facing journey and the financial back office that has to close every transaction the same day it happens.
We deployed Odoo for Pandas across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting, with our EXN Middleware acting as the business-level bridge between Pandas's agentic platform and the ERP. The middleware lets Pandas's partner network speak the language of its own operations while still enjoying the full functionality of the Pandas solution, and it normalises every per-device event into Odoo so the operational record and the financial record are written from the same source. Inventory carries the WMS layer with multi-warehouse and multi-route stock logic, every device tracked as a serialised movement from acceptance through the downstream supply chain, and the full device catalog the circularity programme has to hold is maintained and coded inside Odoo so selling and inventory management both resolve against the same canonical product model. Sales and CRM cover the program-owner and partner relationships, Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules so every transaction reconciles to AADE in real time, and bespoke Odoo configuration was built around the platform-to-account operational model so each per-device event and each outbound consumer payment is captured against the same record.
The result is a clean operational loop, with the customer journey, the device, the consumer payment, and the regulatory record all closing inside the same back office, across an engagement that has compounded year on year as Pandas has scaled.
