Gas & Plumb Bits and The Bath Works are independent merchants specialising in plumbing, heating, boiler spares, bathrooms, tiles and renewable energy.

Before Odoo, different systems were used to manage finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and online orders, making it difficult to maintain consistent information and visibility across the business.

Techplus implemented Odoo as a central platform, connecting sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing and eCommerce. This gives Gasbits better stock visibility, reduces manual administration and enables more efficient online order processing.

Techplus supported the project from requirements and configuration through to data migration, training and go-live, providing Gasbits with a connected and scalable platform to support its continued growth.
