Ex : We have a work center in which we need 3 operations to run simultaneously, the total time for all the operations is 1 hour.
With the standard configuration every operation is planned after each other:
The objective is to book the work center for 1 hour instead of 3 hours. By artificially increasing the efficiency of the work center to 300 % we can mimic the parallel operation run :
