Team Pipelines as Default Page at CRM - Odoo 13 EP

Question

Hello,

I want to change the Default Page of the CRM. When someone enters the CRM tool via the menu the Team Pipelines should be as Default Page and not the pipeline with the filter "My Pipeline". At the moment I can find the Team Pipelines under CRM > Sales > Team Pipelines. This page should be the default page. Does someone please know if it is possible to change that and if yes, where I can do that?

Alternately, you could also change the action on the menu
While on developer mode Settings>technical> Menu Items
search and edit CRM
Change 'Action' field to ir.actions.act_window and select "Team Pipelines" from the list
Save and refresh

Hi,
turn on debug.
go to settings/technical/menu items.
search for crm.
where you will see main meniu(change sequence, to manage it. after that go to in this menu item to submeniu and change there.
refresh and etc.
and then go to and then go to crm. refresh teams and save current search and make it default
