You can do timesheet entries on tasks via activate "Task Logs" from settings menu. Or install hr_timesheet module and it will display Timesheet tab in tasks.

Also Progress bar in Kanban view which are in top of columns. It will calculate progress base on stage configuration. You can configuration your self from Configuration -> Stages. You can change progress using icon which is display in footer in kanban view for each record and right side in task from view.
