Hello,

We have had some reports of customers who have emailed our helpdesk and we haven't received their email.


Upon testing, ive found that if the customer/supplier emails us, but as a BCC receipt, the email is received into our email servers (Office 365), and Odoo "sees" it and marks it unread, but doesn't then do anything with the harvested email - doesn't place it into any helpdesk department.


All other emails are perfectly received, only BCC emails are the problem. I assume this is because customer  sent the email to us, with us in  BCC, so Odoo can't work out which alias to assign it to? Is that correct? How is best to fix this?
