I am trying to set up a dbase where the user can add different documents to a task.
These personal documents should be visible when the customer (= portal user) logs in.
When the portal user download these documents, we should have a log (=proof) that he/she has downloaded the documents.
What is the best way to achieve this?
Via the documents app, a separate workspace per task and shared links?
Via a URL that points to a cloud storage, visible when logged in and follower of that task?
Via a URL that point directly to the file in the documents app or attachment in the Odoo dbase.
Anyone has some experience with this?
