How can i update finished product inventory, when stock movement happen in component of finished good?

For example: i have kit with hard disk, ram. harddisk quantity=4, ram quantity=4 so kit quantity=4. If i create purchase order with harddisk quantity=8 and ram=10. Automatically the kit quantity should change to 12 (8+4).

No it isn't if you don't set right configuration :

Install mrp module
Define bill of materials of your kit
After your purchase order validation, run mrp sheduler(Warehouse -> Schedulers -> Run schedulers) or install mrp_jit module
Then validate the corresponding manufacturing order(MO)
After all your kit quantity will be 12(8+4)
