If i write a message to an customer from eg. quotations and the customer answer on this email, every thing is fine and the answer appears in the chatter of they quotation.

But when someone write directly to the user email address, odoo didnt fetcht it from the mail server.

Is there no fallback. eg if there is no associated object, odoo should route the mail to the users inbox.

But if i set an alias to get the incoming emails to the users inbox. All the emails which are send to the users email address are going in the inbox. Also if these emails are answers to an message from an quotation.

Any help?

Create a new rule Lead/Prospect under Incoming Mailserver. When incoming mail is not matched, a new lead will be created.
