For a wellknown Franchise in the Netherlands I need a few franchise references that use Odoo already.

You did not answer my question, so you still have to investigate Odoo's features for a particular industry. As an example if you are talking about a Pizzeria chain, so you would have to know that Odoo's standard restaurant POS must be considerably extended in order to satisfy the business use cases of a pizzeria/restaurant in general, before even thinking about franchise.
However, the basic multi-warehouse and multi-company features of Odoo do facilitate the setup of franchising environments. Some examples I have found using Google:

What do you mean be "franchise", franchisees or franchisors? If you mean franchisees, I believe that the particular trade/industry is more relevant as reference than the relationship to a franchisor.
But if you mean franchisor management of franchisees, then it is different of course.
I mean companies that work on franchise basis, like Mc Donalds (would be a nice reference )
