Error: Cannot find account_file_uploader in this registry!

This has been already reported:   https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/105881 [1]  and hopefully Odoo will do the necessary in the upcoming days.

I got the same issue in v16, I just upgraded the 'web' module and refreshed the browser.

It solved!!!
