when open accounting Module in odoo16

This has been already reported: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/105881 and hopefully Odoo will do the necessary in the upcoming days.

I got the same issue in v16, I just upgraded the 'web' module and refreshed the browser.
It solved!!!

I have the same issue on Odoo 16.0+e-20221104 (Enterprise Edition)
