When an employee submits his timesheet, the manager recieves it and checks it and if okay he approves it or refuses it. My question is, when a manager is checking a timesheet and he finds out it's not okay, can I modify the timesheet as a manager and after that still approve it?
You are not allowed to modify a confirmed/submitted timesheet. You first have to refuse it.
This makes sense since otherwise the manager could change figures without the notice of the employee.
