We are using Odoo from last 6 months. Everything was working fine.
From now on we cant open Odoo. Its showing the server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.............
We are using Odoo 15 on ubuntu.
Can anyone help on this?
Hi,
The internal server error can be caused due to numerous reasons. Have you installed any custom modules or customised the addons? Other cases are when there is incorrect database entry or clicking upgrade on any application.You can check your log for more details.

Cant find Odoo server log file from ubuntu. Please help on that.

You have to check your odoo log to understand the cause of the issue. Have a look at the odoo log file and see if you can get any useful insights from there and resolve the issue.
If not resolved, please update the post with information's from odoo log.

I cannot access Odoo server log file. In /var/log there is no Odoo folder.
Can you post the location for Odoo15 log file in ubuntu?
it depends on how you set up the odoo instance, you can check the odoo conf file, and see the path specified in key log_file
"logfile = /var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log"
This is the location mentioned in our odoo.conf file.
But no such odoo directory in /var/log.
Is there any other methods to find log file?
