Tailormade Logistics (TML) is a fast-growing Belgian logistics provider. Their internal tools and HR information were scattered across Excel files, making it difficult to manage employees, fleet assets, internal ordering, and CRM workflows. They needed a structured Odoo environment to centralise data, automate processes, and improve internal accessibility.
The Challenge
TML operated with decentralised Excel sheets for HR data, fleet follow-up and internal ordering. This created inefficiency, data inconsistencies and limited visibility. As employee counts and operational needs grew, the lack of an integrated system became a bottleneck.

dear digital designed a phased implementation Phase 1 introduced the Odoo platform, multi-company structure, email domain configuration and a full HR 'Who is Who' portal. Phase 2 delivered fleet management with contracts, Sign integration and document linking. Phase 3 added an internal e‑shop with credit system, stock routes and warehouse logic, alongside a CRM setup with tailored pipelines.
The Results
TML now benefits from centralised HR data, structured fleet follow-up, an internal e‑shop with automated credit tracking and a transparent CRM flow. Odoo improves accessibility, reduces manual work and supports scalable logistics operations across multiple locations.
