Matheus is one of the Team Managers at Odoo Inc.
With a mixed market, LATAM and North America, Matheus works closely with his team and his partners in the specific regions to strategize and make the most of all the opportunities that come their way, exploiting the partner's potential for maximum results.
In this talk, we'll be going over best practices for partners, along with different tips that helped CIEL IT go from Ready to Gold in Brazil, a country in Recession, within 3 months, as well as acquiring visibilities in the US and Canada. Rafael will share his methodology and Matheus will explain how him and Rafael work together to have a very strong partnership, working on deals together, negotiating, demonstrating, and making sure that we have customer satisfaction and retention. Every partner wants to succeed, in this talk, our goal is to show to the partners that it can be done, and the process is not hard. Rafael will share his current business structure, how the teams are divided, the size of each team, and how they work to make sure they close the majority of the clients that come their way, and how his process makes him a great partner to manage, and how he went from Ready to Gold in 3 months, and the snowball is just starting to grow. Matheus and Rafael explain how they are working together, and answer questions to partners that want to grow faster, or just try some different business strategies.
