Hi dear community, 

we are fairly new to Odoo, so please don't mind if I ask "stupid" questions :-) 


We have the following problem:

We have 1 account for our Supply Chain. I created the account, since I am admin and was involved in the set-up process for Odoo. After that, I gave over that account to our actual supply chain manager. 

While I can see more functions, she does not see everything. She is missing different report functions, etc. We shared screens to check. 


We already tried the following:

  • Use a different browser
  • Disable all browser extensions
  • Check Odoo Settings


But so far, nothing works. I am really curious about how it might be possible, that the same account shows different / less functions. 


Can someone help?

HI and thanks for your answer! 

I did what you suggested and confirmed it to have the exact same settings.

What did resolve the Problem, was activating the Debug Mode via a Chrome Extension. 

Still, thank you very much for your help!

Even if it's the same account, double-check the user's access rights and group memberships in Odoo. It’s possible that some permissions might have been altered inadvertently.

Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users, select the user, and review the access rights and groups. Ensure that both of you have the same permissions.
