Hello

I am testing Odoo 13 and I configured outgoing and incoming email successfully and test icon working fine.

I can send emails fine, but I can not receive email to users inbox.

in incoming email server setting I would like to know, what should I choose in Actions to Perform on Incoming Mails, should it be create a new Email Thread?

I tried with Email Thread and empty also not show any emails.

here is sample of user Aliases:

odoo@mydomain.com

Hello George, 

I would be easy to help you if you'll tell which server type you are using inside the incoming mail configuration. 

In order to track emails you can add action inside the "Actions to Perform on Incoming Mails" section. 

like you can add "Alias ​​Chatter Model" here

So whenever any mail will come on Odoo then one record will be created inside this model.

I am using G Suite email service with my domain.

still no luck to receive emails into user #inbox. should I create alias for user or type user email in login field is enough?

I am using IMAP.

server setting is imap.gmail.com

Hi George,

You need to run the scheduler mail:Fetchmail Service.

If you still face any issue then please share the odoo log.

sure I do Fetchmail and on gmail web access new emails are in read mode, that means odoo fetched those emails.

I am using odoo online service for test how can I show log error?
