We are 9.0 users and we are really just getting started using the program and our first task was to create new tags and add /edit new parent tags. We only found the way to add a new tag and add them to existing parents... can you help me find them?

Can you clarify your question? First, is it about tags on the customers or tags on another object? Second, what do you mean by 'parent tags'? Tags don't have a parent/child hierarchy. Third, what do you mean by 'add them to existing parents'?
