I am configuring outgoing mail server but following errors are coming. Though the same configuration works well on my local system.

I am getting following error:

1) Connection Test Failed!

Describe your server a little bit. Couldn't you just use localhost to send mail?

Hi, If you use gmail account for configuration use this link to solve your problem. https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps. Just login into your gmail account.Before use this link.use above link and TURN ON secure apps.Then test your connection.

Please go to Manage your Google Account and select Security



And turn on 2-Step Verification, after that, you will get the option for App passwords


Now create an App password and use that instead of the password in the odoo email configuration settings.
