is the title described how to restricts users from selling in POS in minus

Hi,
As a PoS is a physical store, Odoo considers that you have products physically present in store. It means that there is no reservation of products for a PoS order and that Odoo will not stop you from selling in negative quantities.
You can find the level of your stock in the product information in V15 as seen on the picture below.

If you must check your stock level while making a sale, we advise to use the Sales app.

Do you mean when out of stock? That option can be set on the product sales tab (continue selling when out of stock).
