One way is to disable completely the copyright
another approach that cover more case, is to use the community app portal_odoo_debranding

this repo has also other usefull apps like disable_odoo_online, remove_odoo_enterprise

Hello, the easiest way is to disable this block. 
Hacky way is to set "display: none", I prefer the first way
