Is it possible to create dynamic recipient-specific information in Email Marketing, similar to mail merge in Word/Excel?

- For example, you can include the recipient’s name using a placeholder like {{contact.name}}.
My goal is to create a customised email to each recipient where their name and address is in the body of the email.
I know this is 7 months old, but where is the menu to get those options to add fields like that? I'm using Odoo online and can't find anything that let's me include widgets, name, etc.
Hi Doug - I'm trying it in a demo database and I can go to the "Mail Body" and enter / and the options are shown, so that should work in Odoo Online.
