I am starting to use OpenERP but I can't download plugins on the store (OpenERP app). I have a server error message. Moreover some plugins (accounting and finance, sales management; purchase management) haven't got the button to download the application and they don't have the indication "installed" neither. OpenERP is hosted on a local server. Is it possible to use OpenERP for free ? The store OpenERP App is still open ?

Surely its possible to use OpenERP for free, but not on Odoo SAAS platform.
OpenERP is purely an opensource tool. If it does not allow you to download for whatever reasons, you should download the modules from App store and put them into your addons or a separate addons directory.
