Long story short: How to change the default email template when someone sends an email directly to the "catchall" email address.


"Hello ,
The email sent to Salesperson1 <odoo@mycompany.com> cannot be processed. This address is used to collect replies and should not be used to directly contact My Company.
Please contact us instead using
Regards,

My Company"


This is the email my customers receive when they reply to the sent email 

Is there any way to resolve it through frontend (as I don't have server access) OR if I can change the email template to    

"Hi,

When replying to emails please do not modify the Subject line in the email.  Otherwise your email reply will not be received. Please contact us instead using info@ycompany.com
