Hi,
The nature of the business is such that after a sale has been won, the sales person needs to schedule a follow-up call to see if the client wishes to place another order (re-order).
Do I create another stage for this? or does the sales person, simply add a new opportunity after the previous sale has been won?

I've done this for a client, the way it was done is that we created an automation after the opportunity has been won you coould do it the same way so it generates after being won or after certain period of time
