Hi,


I am using Odoo Online and am trying to close a POS session. I am getting the following message after clicking on Validate Closting and Post Entries --> You are trying to reconcile some entries that are already reconciled.


Anyone ideas on how to resolve this? I might have made changes to inventory on hand while the POS session was running. Can this have anything to do with it?

Odoo support fixed this issue for me. Reach out to them... Not sure what the cause is.

The issue is on Receivable Account, there one payment you reconcile it from back account.

Or, your reconcile/cash back statement which is linked with POS.
