Hello,

⚠️

This has now been fixed by the support team... It seems something was disabled and prevented me to see the parameters but I will no know what was missing unfortunately. 


Trying to fix some issues I have actually made disappear the whole setup of the accounting. I mean, they are probably still there but there is no way to access that setup anymore. Neither through the accounting module, nor through the main setup module...


Any clue?


I was trying to see what prevents me to access the full analysis menu of the accounting, where I could only see 3 items, but no balance sheet, P&L, VAT returns, etc.


Of course I have submitted a ticket through Odoo Helpdesk  but it usually takes few days to get an answer. Maybe any of you has an idea :-)

Hi,

In odoo, if you need to get full access to the accounting module you need to set the Access rights corresponding to it. You can contact your administrator to set the access rights.You can set it fromsettings -> users & companies -> Users -> Select the corresponding user.Set the access rights for accounting

Could you check if you have a Fiscal Localization package installed?

You can check this in the Accounting app > Configuration > Settings.

Thanks, Dylan! Unfortunately I cannot access the configuration at all. So this is actually part of the issue :)

Can you go in your Settings app > Users & Companies > Users and open your own user.
If you go on the "Access Rights" tab (first one), you should see a section "Accounting".
Make sure that you have the "Accountant" role (last in the list).
