The project includes a phased implementation of key modules such as project management, manufacturing, accounting, human resources, warehouse, and procurement, as well as integration with CAD tools for efficient materials management. The goal is to centralize data, optimize business processes by replacing existing systems, and improve project profitability tracking and cash flow forecasting.

Opis projekta: Implementacija Odoo ERP sustava u Vidaco d.o.o., poduzeće koje se bavi proizvodnjom i tehničkim inženjeringom. Projekt uključuje faznu implementaciju ključnih modula poput upravljanja projektima, proizvodnje, računovodstva, ljudskih resursa, skladišta i nabave, kao i integraciju sa CAD alatima za učinkovito upravljanje materijalima.
