Kidco, a prominent stationery company in Pakistan, was operating on outdated, manual, pen-and-paper processes. This setup made day-to-day operations clumsy and slow, making it difficult to scale. A major headache was managing their inventory: they had around 900 total products and components (SKUs). This massive number meant production frequently stopped due to poor material availability and inaccurate forecasting. They knew it was time to quit the slow chaos and jump straight into a full digital transformation with a modern, fully systemized software environment, specifically for material availability and forecasting.
