The challenge
Hanolux encountered several challenges during their migration from the legacy Adsolut system, including persistent data integrity issues. A major problem was that all migrated contacts were incorrectly created as companies, regardless of their VAT status. Additionally, discounts were not being applied to invoices, and many migrated sales orders were missing their attachments, leading to fragmented records.

Customer service is streamlined through a HubSpot-Odoo integration that automatically creates and updates helpdesk tickets.
