For this project, we partnered with a prominent building materials and home improvement retailer to implement Odoo's all-in-one business management software. Our objective was to streamline their operations, from inventory management and sales to customer support and financial reporting. 

Key Integration Highlights: 

● Centralized Inventory Management: Enabled real-time tracking and optimized control of a vast range of construction materials and home improvement products across multiple warehouse locations.

Klimateknika is one of the largest companies in the country in the sale and distribution of air conditioners and parts. Klimateknika contacted us at a time when they were disappointed with the use of 2 software, one for sales and distribution and one for accounting. Landways International was born out of a rising market demand for simple services such as accommodation and ticketing. In the beginning, Landways International operated solely in Albania, offering mainly hotel accommodation, airfare ticketing and tourist packages. Since 2017, M2R-Shpk has moved to new facilities in Manez, Durrës, on a land area of about 10,000 square meters of land and about 3,000 square meters. After using several local systems in Albania and excel for keeping company data, M2R had the need to manage the entire business in a single platform and for this reason M2R entrusted us with their project and the management of their company and their finances. From the outset, the resort faced operational challenges due to reliance on three disparate software systems: a point-of-sale (POS) solution for services, a property management system (PMS) for hotel operations, and local accounting software for financial management. The visionary owner possesses a strong background in mathematics and data science, fueling his ambition to consolidate all resort operations into a single, integrated platform. His goal was to create a comprehensive dashboard that would enable him to oversee and manage all resort data effortlessly.

When we first connected with the owner and discussed his vision, we recognized the complexity of the project ahead. Despite the challenges, we firmly believed in Odoo's capability to transform their operations and fulfil their aspirations.

Our collaboration began with an in-depth analysis of all operational facets. We conducted thorough meetings with each department, meticulously assessing their unique needs and requirements. After ten months of intensive collaboration and a shared passion for excellence, we successfully transitioned Maritim Marina Bay from their legacy systems to Odoo. This comprehensive implementation encompassed two restaurants, two beach bars, two pool bars, a lounge, and a hotel with over 150 rooms, as well as the finance and maintenance departments.

The dedication and effort invested in this project have filled us with immense pride as we have enabled Maritim Marina Bay to realise its vision.
