M2R-Shpk was born in 2012 from a long experience in Italy. The possibility to carry out mechanical metal production or processing on behalf of third parties resulted materialized immediately.M2R-Shpk is presented to potential customers with a warehouse of about 2500 square meters, with cutting, welding, cleaning, painting and packaging machines.
Since 2017, M2R-Shpk has moved to new facilities in Manez, Durrës, on a land area of about 10,000 square meters of land and about 3,000 square meters. One of the significant hurdles was developing an integrated human resources solution that accurately reflected daily job tasks and payroll. Different workers performed varying tasks each day, necessitating a robust and adaptable system to manage compensation.
As Odoo partners, we were committed to delivering an exceptional ERP implementation experience. A key success factor was the active support of the CEO, who served as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the project.
