How can I remove the "View Helpdesk Ticket" button from emails sent to Customers?

I've been trying to remove this button. It's not a template. I've managed to delete it from the templates. However, when I send manually written messages, that button appears, and I don't want customers to have access to the ticket view. What do you recommend for removing this button? Image [1]
