I’m currently using Odoo Accounting with Avalara integration enabled for a company registered in the United States. Everything was working smoothly until few days.
We encountered an issue where, when creating a new contact, the Avalara-related fields under the Sales and Purchases tab no longer appear. This is disrupting our workflow since these fields are essential for tax configuration.
Previously, when the country was set to United States or Canada, these fields would automatically appear.

Currently, when the country is set to United States or Canada, the fields related to AvaTax are no longer visible

Has anyone faced this issue before? Could you please assist with troubleshooting steps or guidance to restore the missing fields?

Thank you, Cybrosys Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., for your response. However, this issue occurs across all V18 databases. I have verified it in multiple Odoo databases on Odoo.sh and also checked on Runbot, where the same issue persists.
I have also noticed this issue as of a few days ago. No changes have been made to the database or contacts to cause them to be hidden. I had to manually remove the invisibility using studio to be able to see the fields. Hirav, were you able to get this fixed?

They are currently working on a resolution, although in some cases the deployment of a fix may take additional time.
