The challenges : Baobab needed a powerful tool and a central database of their products, with an ecosystem of "multi-companies" active in different countries around the world.
The result : Set up the US subsidiary of Boabab in a record time of three months to market Babobab products via e-commerce channels and points of sale.
The solution : We migrated the US activities from their old system to Odoo to optimize the management of B2B and B2C orders. We also integrated with a logistics manager (JAS) to centralize their delivery management. A second integration was also done with Shopify (e-commerce platform), which concerns only the management of B2C orders. In addition, we were able to implement the recent addition of their first physical shop on Madison Avenue thanks to the POS in Odoo. In the second phase, a migration of the European activities is planned: a production center in Romania, a delivery center in Belgium and stores in several countries (Belgium, France, Italy, UK).

Eurocable is a compnay specialised in the distribution of wire ropes accross whole Europe. Their large assortment of cables and accessories are used by several actors such as the industry sector, the maritime sector or even the offshore sector.
The challenges :
Eurocable wishes to replace his actual traditionnal systems by a unique and integrated tool with which they can bring together all the company’s activities in one place. This by guaranteeing qualitative data on all levels going from the purchases and the stock management to the sales and the accounting. The goal is to rationalise their procedures and to improve the coordination between their several services in order to increase their efficiency. This will also allow Eurocable to optimise their client relations thanks to an optimal follow-up of their procedures.
The solution :
At the moment Eezee-It is implementing an Odoo environment based on standard modules in order to fasten their commercial management and to guarantee a strong supply management. Next to that, Eurocable will also integrate and faciltate his accounting inside Odoo.

Eurosender is a platform through which logistics companies and shippers from all over the world are connected. It is based on the technology of instantaneous calculation of final prices of door-to-door shipping services in Europe. The shipping price choices depend on three factors: the number of packages, their weight and the route. The platform provides access to the best carriers at attractive prices and also offers its services in logistics process management.
The challenges :
Because of their activity, Eurosender has a significant amount of data. This leads it to have a problem of slowness that proves to be inconvenient in the daily use of the Odoo interface. The platform, with the increasing evolution of its data, is obliged to anticipate for the future and to find a sustainable solution to manage its database with peace of mind.
The solution :
Eezee-It undertook an in-depth analysis of the platform's flows in order to identify bottlenecks and implement a strategy to ensure that data processing no longer slows down the interface. The exploration is ongoing!

The French company FDL is located in the wholesale category, and more specifically, its activity is the commercialization of furniture, carpets and lighting devices. FDL Groupe has registered a number of brands reflecting its expertise in furniture and decoration, such as SIA, MOODI, Practissimo Mobili Convertible, Home Sign and many others. FDL distributes its products to the four corners of the globe, and its internationally renowned brands are now essential references in the field of design furniture and interior decoration.
The challenges :
FDL Groupe called on Eezee to sculpt and optimize the ecosystem of SIA, a pioneer in the world of decoration, to set up a single, centralized database, to manage the brand's sales on the various Marketplaces, and to simplify the management of logistics.
Also, FDL does not want to carry stock unless it is essential, which adds an additional constraint to inventory management and production orders.
The solution :
Eezee-It is putting in place the necessary connectors to allow for a seamless integration of Marketplaces into FDL's new database, in order to centralize the various sales channels: Shopify, Veepee, Mirakl, Wayfair and other marketplaces.
Upstream, for the management of purchases, Eezee-It has developed a tool to optimally link the content of orders to the various suppliers, while taking into account their logistical methods (containers for bulky items, small shipments, etc.): the "Multi-supplier" tool.
In addition, certain orders will also generate manufacturing orders, in accordance with a kit guide developed by FDL, which must also be linked to the company's panel of suppliers.
