Digital Dot supports the digital printing company of tomorrow. They provide technical support, assist in the buying or selling process of a digital printer, they optimize the output quality and colors or they will assist print houses to reduce production time and cost.
By using CRM, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, Subscriptions, eCommerce, Helpdesk, Purchasing, Mass Mailing and Odoo Odoo Studio all their administration processes are centralized. Odoo Studio was particularly interesting for adding functionalities to maintain the digital printers in combination with helpdesk. A digital Printer has to be seen as an asset at a customer site for which maintenance and helpdesk interventions have to be planned and maintained.
