1.my module name called marketing task.
2.I installed my module and i upgrade my module but in apps this did not visible my module.

I think you can't view your module in apps filter in apps menu.
So please give "'application': True," in your manifest file.
It will be easy if you can post your manifest file here. :)

Have you try Update module list under the Apps menu with Dubug mode on ?
If No, try it and If Yes then some problem in your __openerp__.py file
