I have the following case: column 12m, MO uses this column as a component for a product - column 4m. Operations tab contains just one action/task - cut column (4m). How do I set up MO to produce 3 columns (4m) out of 1 component - column (12m). If i specify qty as 3, Odoo wants 3 12m columns.

Hi,
To produce 3 columns (4m) from 1 column (12m), update the BOM quantity of that product to reflect how many columns (4m) are manufactured from 1 quantity of the component (12m). In our case if 1 column (12) is able to produce 3 quantities of column (4m), then our BOM will be updated as below
by doing this our MO will be created as
