Hello.

i'm trying to block the admin users to go in developer mode without using any python code ( throw access right and record rules ).

so i'm thinking to use the current URL in a rule, checking it for every request to see if it dose contain a "debug=1".

i have no idea what model check the URL (if something like that exist).

also if any of you had some other idea please do share it with me. 

Side note: Action URL model could control the current url ?.
