I installed Odoo CE 13 and the native Point of Sales. I also created a few users with different roles for the system.

The POS is working actually for administrator. For some users, the loading of the POS kiosk is stucked in the middle of loading (black screen with loading message in the middle), the kiosk cannot display. I have tried several users, they are all stopped at loading the product.product.

I have granted POS administrator right to everyone.

Do you have any idea on how I can troubleshoot the issue?
