I install the manufacturing app in odoo 14 community edition . When I pull down the Apps it showed installed but when I click on the icon the menu doesnt come up ?

Hi,
Did you mean the manufacturing menu is not displayed in the database or upon clicking the menu no response ? Is there any errors in browser console or in the odoo log ?
Try creating a new db in the same instance and directly install manufacturing module and see whether it works, to ensure other modules in your db is not making any issues.

When I pull down the Apps List i can see "Manufacturing" as well as the icon on the dashboard. But if I double click on it to open up the manufacturing menu doesnt pop up. Now its happening to my Inventory module too. No errors j- screen no movement

If I created a new db and install manufacturing it does work. Do I need to activate the db after installing or something like that?
And how do i do that?
May be some thing wrong in your current db ? chances for any other mdoules causing the issue ?
duplicate the current db and upgrade the base module of odoo and see whether it makes any difference
please provide more detail and steps to reproduce the same issue.
