How can I build Mobile Apps connecting to my ERP and also has an SIP phone built in it? Do I need to build an app outside and then do it? Or Can I build something like that in Odoo itself?

That’s an interesting question. Building mobile apps that connect to your ERP and have an SIP phone built in is not a trivial task, but it might be possible with some tools and frameworks.
I think you can try using the Odoo VoIP app, which allows you to make and receive calls from your Odoo CRM.
