I can hide "sales" menu for existing group "see own leads" like this :

But for new group (group i created), i am unable to hide "sales" menu. My code :
<record id="base.menu_base_partner" model="ir.ui.menu">
<field name="groups_id" eval="[(3,ref('module.new_group'))]"/>
</record>
What am i doing wrong?
