this "database is neutralized" banner keeps showing up whenever i restore any database how do i bypass it
i need to deneutralize the database not just get rid of the banner

Hi,
To remove the neutralization banner, activate Developer Mode and go to:
Settings → Technical → User Interface → Views
Then, search for the view with the ID neutralize_banner and set it to inactive.
When a database is neutralized, this view is activated to show the
banner. By deactivating it, you're simply reversing that action.
