Creating A User Who Can Only Confirm Quotations

Question

Is it possible to create a group such that a user can only view and confirm Sales Quoations? I can't seem to get the correct settings dialed in. I want to prevent them from modifying or creating new orders, but they need to be able to confirm quotations. Thanks!

standard access rules won't get you all the way there, as write access to be able to confirm the So also gives them edit rights, so if that is not enough you would need code that on the confirm checks the So being confirmed to what has previosuly been saved and throw an error if different.
