Hi, thanks, I know that I need to translate all the content/system texts, BUT seems the Mailing lists "Events, Media, Product news, etc" are not having option to enter multilingual texts to these Name fields....

Normally you can see language icon in top right corner of each field in backend if multilingual option is activated...but not for these mailing lists....The mailing lists are common for portal users and internal users, so in each language a appropriate translation should be made....which is not this case. I tried to even export all fields from all modules, and searched for "part of the text in one of the Mailing lists which is "PR/Media/Exhibitions" so I searched for "Exhibi" ...and found 0 records.....seems this is "data record" , but as I said, there is not an option to translate it to other activated language.....the name of the LIST should be normally be able to translate, not this case :

You need to add translations to your Odoo Instance, You can do this using 

Settings > Translations > Import Translation

or you can add po files for the same
