Odoo 17 is expected to be release during Odoo Experience 2023 in this October.
Odoo 17 is expected to be released with UI/UX refactoring, glimpses of new ui is shared in public.

I heard that also maybe customer table ordering will be in Odoo 17? Now, only the menu preview function is available. Not sure. But, excited to see the new features! Amazing software.
