For a few days when I want to invoice, my client's information does not appear, the only thing I have modified is the design, but from the options to edit design from the settings section, I do not know what can be done in these cases

Hi,
Actually in default,Those informations are coming by tcalling some built-in templates.
EG: external_layout,external_layout_standard..etc
In the reporting templates,When we tcall those templates we'll get those informations on the headere and footer.
If you customized the template,Make sure you're included this thing in it.Otherwise you'll have to create custom template for it too.
